Client responsibilities

• Obtain independent legal, tax and accounting advice in your jurisdiction of residence
• Comply with all applicable laws, including reporting and tax obligations, connected to any structure we help you establish
• Use the structures and accounts we help you establish only for lawful purposes

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in writing and are inclusive of all taxes, duties and charges applicable at the time of quotation unless stated otherwise. Payment is due as specified on the invoice. Third-party fees and government charges are set by the relevant authorities and may change without notice.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential, subject to applicable law and regulatory obligations. We never share your information with third parties without your written consent except where legally required or necessary to deliver the services you requested.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for the decisions of banks, regulators, courts or other third parties involved in your matter.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Bahamas. The courts of The Bahamas shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
